3. Prepaid Wallet & Postpaid System
Dudh Amrit provides:
- Prepaid System: Users recharge wallet balance in advance. Deliveries are deducted automatically.
- Postpaid System: Users receive deliveries and are billed periodically.
Wallet balances are digital credits usable only within the Dudh Amrit platform and are non-transferable.
4. Refund & Wallet Policy
- Approved refunds may be credited to the wallet.
- Withdrawal to bank account is subject to verification and internal policy.
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions may be investigated.
5. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell personal data.
- Delivery partners for order fulfillment
- Payment gateway providers for transactions
- Cloud providers for infrastructure (e.g., Firebase)
- Law enforcement if legally required

We retain user data as long as the account remains active or as required for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes.
