At Dudh Amrit, we are committed to delivering fresh and hygienic dairy products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Product delivered is spoiled, damaged, or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.
- Incorrect product delivered due to our operational error.
- Verified non-delivery despite successful payment deduction.
Important: No refund shall be issued once the product has been accepted, used, or consumed unless a quality issue is verified by Dudh Amrit.
2. Refund Request Procedure
- Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Photographic or video evidence may be required.
- Dudh Amrit reserves the right to inspect and verify claims before approval.
3. Wallet & Prepaid Refunds
- For prepaid subscriptions, approved refunds will be credited to the user’s wallet balance.
- Wallet credits are non-transferable and usable only within the platform.
- Withdrawal to bank account may be allowed only at company discretion after verification.
4. Postpaid Billing Adjustments
- Approved refunds under postpaid subscriptions will be adjusted in the next billing cycle.
- No cash refund shall be issued for billing adjustments.
5. Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Processing time may vary depending on payment gateway or banking partner timelines.
6. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
- Unauthorized chargebacks without prior dispute resolution may lead to account suspension.
- Dudh Amrit reserves the right to recover losses arising from fraudulent refund claims.
7. Non-Refundable Cases
- Missed deliveries due to incorrect address or user unavailability.
- Failure to pause subscription before daily cut-off time.
- Price changes due to market fluctuations.
