Due to the perishable and consumable nature of dairy products, Dudh Amrit follows a strict hygiene-compliant no-return policy to ensure customer safety and food quality standards.
1. No General Return Policy
- Milk and dairy products once delivered cannot be returned.
- Returns are not accepted for partially used, opened, or consumed products.
- Products stored improperly after delivery are not eligible for return.
2. Eligible Exceptions
- Wrong product delivered due to operational error.
- Product found spoiled, leaking, or damaged at the time of delivery.
- Verified delivery of incorrect quantity.
Any return or complaint must be reported within 1 hour of delivery. Supporting photo or video evidence may be required for verification.
Upon verification, Dudh Amrit may, at its sole discretion:
- Provide a replacement product (subject to availability), OR
- Issue a refund or wallet credit as applicable.
3. Refund & Wallet Handling
- For prepaid subscriptions, approved returns will be credited to the user’s wallet.
- For postpaid subscriptions, adjustments will reflect in the next billing cycle.
- Cash refunds are issued only in exceptional cases at company discretion.
4. Processing Timeline
- Replacement (if approved) will be arranged within 60 minutes during operational hours.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on payment method.
5. Abuse & Fraud Protection
- Repeated false return claims may lead to suspension of service.
- Dudh Amrit reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility criteria.
