These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dudh Amrit mobile application and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Service Overview
- Milk and dairy subscription services.
- Daily doorstep delivery.
- Prepaid wallet system.
- Prepaid and Postpaid subscription models.
2. User Account
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or non-payment.
3. Prepaid Wallet Terms
- Wallet balance must be recharged in advance for prepaid subscriptions.
- Daily deliveries are auto-deducted from wallet balance.
- Wallet balance is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except as per company policy.
- Dudh Amrit reserves the right to reverse fraudulent wallet credits.
4. Postpaid Subscription Terms
- Users under postpaid model receive deliveries first and are billed periodically.
- Outstanding dues must be cleared within the specified billing cycle.
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
5. Orders & Modifications
- Subscription changes must be made before the daily cut-off time defined in the app.
- Orders once processed for delivery cannot be cancelled.
- Delivered perishable goods are non-refundable.
6. Pricing & Payments
Payments may be made via UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, or approved digital methods.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions.
7. Refunds
- Approved refunds may be credited to wallet balance.
- No refund for delivered products due to perishable nature.
- Chargebacks without valid reason may lead to account suspension.
8. Delivery & Risk
Delivery times are approximate. Risk transfers to the user once the product is delivered at the registered address.
9. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraudulent activity or payment manipulation.
- System abuse or unauthorized backend access.
- Harassment of staff or delivery partners.
10. Limitation of Liability
Dudh Amrit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including payment gateway failures, network interruptions, or force majeure events.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with courts in Uttarakhand, India.
